张炳

南京大学环境学院博士、教授

张炳,南京大学环境学院博士、教授,南京大学-江苏省环境保护厅环境管理与政策研究中心主任。2003年7月毕业于南京大学环境科学系环境规划与管理专业,获理学学士学位;2008年12月年毕业于南京大学环境学院,获环境规划与管理专业理学博士学位。2006年9月-2007年2月赴香港大学城市规划和环境管理中心访问学习,2007年9月-2008年9月作为国家建设高水平大学联合培养博士赴美国Rutgers大学公共政策系工作学习。主要从事环境管治、环境管理与政策分析、环境经济学等研究,重点探讨环境管治过程和环境政策的作用机制,2013年获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金资助。
